Prospect Heights Neighborhood Guide

With its mixture of brownstones, New-Grec row houses, luxury condos and co-ops, and renovated apartment buildings, coupled with lower real estate values than neighboring Park Slope, Prospect Heights has experienced an influx of young residents in during the last decade. Caribbean immigrant families have also left their own cultural imprint on this traditionally Irish, Jewish and African American community.
